Rules from the Alpha - These are not Polite Suggestions

This is some shit I need to put out there for you all to read and take in, and run with. We have some issues running around here, and I think I need to clear up some things so this is a Start, more may be added later, there is no bending, or being upset about these. You Respect the Cut, You Respect the Club, You respect the President, and VP. None of this not following an order given will result in a Asswhoopin at least, this is not a normal sept. I don't care where you are from, or how you think it works...it works how I say it works. Done with people talking over me, talking behind me, and disrespecting what I say. You disagree with me, you suggest that shit in a respectful manner instead of flipping out and making an ass of yourself...this is the leading cause of me being a prick....the following are some rules outside of that to live by
1. Don't fucking dish out if you can't take it. If you are gonna be sensitive about shit, Don't start shit. I am the Alpha of this sept, not your Dad, I am more than willing to help you in any way but...I am not a mind reader and I have too many people to look after to chase you down and guess. If there is something wrong, come talk to me. That being said, fuck up shit happens. If you are light of heart or easily offended. Drive the fuck on. We have no place for that here. Integrate in, we aren't gonna changes just for you. I have been on this road from day one with my Dad...Logan and I both have.
2. This is a Family and an MC, Realize that doesn't mean we all hug like Full House and sing tunes around a campfire. We are fighting a war, you are Warriors for Gaia. Things here are not for the faint of heart of the delicate if sensibilities. Do not expect everyone to change for you or tend to your needs, you are integrating into this sept if your new. You follow the rules, you do your part, and you drive on. There is too much shit flying at us for us to stop, and deal with silly bickering. You have an issue, you box it out, then Hug it out. Sorry to say this but if you can't ride with this...you should pack up your shit and ride out now. Its only going to get rougher from here for us.
3. Think before you act. Don't go talking to Major spirits of any kind, many of them may feel its on the behalf of the sept, I don't care what you intentions are or how you think it will help the sept, you don't make decision for this MC, I do, Many of them will be voted on during Church. You wanna vote during Church, become a full member of the MC, or convince one of the full members to speak up for you, otherwise....sorry, your just gonna have to Deal.
4. Pay your dues, You need to help, if you are going to partake from the Sept, you need to contribute to the Sept. The Secretary can direct you to ways to do this. We need money and we need contacts, we need ways of making things work. The Sept needs funds to run.
5. Don't do something you're gonna regret, if you can't deal with the consequences, don't do it....Realize some of them are harsher than others. Some of them can and will result in you being tossed from the charter, I may not remove your cut, but I will tell you to get bent and don't come back. It has happened before, it will likely happen again...and never...never Make a Deal with Kent or any other Spirit. You may not know it but you could be fucking over your self, the club, the sept, and your loved ones. I speak from experience on this....I seen it happen, I have done it myself....
